The tartness with the creaminess of the whipping cream leaves me satisfied. I also have a problem, I tend to want to eat it all. I've learned the hard way that portion control is where I need my head to be at to get my weight down. I decided that an easy Key Lime, Banana and Cococut mini pies sounded right up my alley.I ran to Walmart and grabbed the Dannon® Oikos® Key Lime Greek Yogurt, some Reddi-wip® and some Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust. I love easy and the new baby isn't making my life any easier so I have to buy convenient ingredients.
- Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- Oikos® Key Lime Greek Yogurt
- Bananas
- Toasted Coconut (if desired)
- Reddi-wip®
This was so easy to assemble. Just slice some bananas and add them to them to the Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust, then layer on your Oikos® Key Lime Greek Yogurt and top with the Reddi-wip®. I toasted my coconut in the oven at 375• for 8 minutes to get the perfect crispness to them. Go ahead and garnish your mini pies with lime zest and toasted coconut. These are so easy and delicious and the best part is that this recipe is so interchangeable and can be made with any mix of ingredients.
