There are several companies that offer printed heat transfer vinyl but the selection that Happy Crafters offers is amazing. The shirt that they sent us is amazingly soft and I'm going to be ordering all my shirts from here now on.

Supplies:

Begin by cutting your heat transfer vinyl for your DIY Pajama Shirt. Always remember when you're cutting heat transfer vinyl to reverse the image. You want to place the shiny side down on your mat when cutting. The blade should only go through the vinyl, leaving the carrier sheet intact. Create this DIY Pajama Shirt using your Cricut and heat transfer vinyl from Happy CraftersWeed your image and leave the part of the image that you want on your apparel on the carrier sheet. You'll remove the negative areas. When using the Cricut EasyPress, place a towel on the surface below your apparel.  Set your EasyPress to 305°. Remove the carrier sheet. Now lay the patterned heat transfer vinyl down and use the carrier sheet from the solid and place over the top. This will make sure that your solid color doesn't burn or melt. Press for 25-30 seconds.Create this DIY Pajama Shirt using your Cricut and heat transfer vinyl from Happy CraftersNow turn your DIY pajama shirt inside out and press from the back for an additional 10-15 seconds. This will make sure that your edges are sealed and you won't have any lifting. Create this DIY Pajama Shirt using your Cricut and heat transfer vinyl from Happy CraftersYou're all done!
