This easy farmhouse Christmas wreath was so easy to make and I used all items I had on hand.
It’s simple to make in 15 minutes or less! This post may contain affiliate links.
You only need a few items to create this simple farmhouse Christmas wreath. I’m so glad to be participating in Craft Lightning for the holidays. To see my other Christmas wreath I created for Craft Lightning, click here.
Supplies
- Wreath Form
- Moss
- wire garland
- glue gun
You’ll want to spend the few extra dollars to get a green wreath form. I didn’t think that far ahead and just decided I could easily spray paint it. Don’t. The paint eats the foam and it turns sticky. I knew this but I didn’t think very far ahead. I used a 12″ wreath form that I picked up from my local Joann store.
I also grabbed these wire garlands. For a wreath form this big, you’ll use all of one and a bit of the second. Just grab a smaller wreath form and you’ll only need to grab one wire garland.
I began by hot gluing all the moss on the wreath form. I used what I had on hand but if I was going to buy the moss, I’d pick the moss ribbon or something that comes in a sheet rather than the small bits of moss. I used 2 full packages of the small moss.
