You'll want to cut out your flowers using the rotary blade and your Cricut Maker. This post goes into how to cut crepe paper using your Cricut. It's a lot easier than you think!Assemble all your crepe flowers together using Lia's instructions. I use her files all the time and it's been well worth the investment of a membership. I took three wire stems and braided them together for strength and then I wrapped the ivory ribbon around the stems. I formed it into a semi-circle and then began to hot glue the flowers to the headband. I did wrap the wires from the flowers around the headband as well. Just secure it in the best way, you won't see it all once it's completed. This ivory ribbon matched her baptism dress perfectly. I grabbed it from Michaels when I was getting all my other supplies. My grandpa recently passes away and a way Leila wanted to remember him there was through these pheasant feathers. He was an avid pheasant hunter and this is just a special way to include him and for her to remember him. These paper flowers cut with my Cricut are the perfect way to customize this floral crown. If you don't have crepe paper, just use regular cardstock and create this floral crown here.Add your floral post to the link below and check out what everyone else has to offer. Anna, it really only works great with the Maker and the rotary blade. The fine tip will probably stretch and rip it. I love the Maker for that reason. It can cut just about anything.
