Hey Guys, I'm guest posting on Mod Podge Rocks Blog today! I'm making any party the coolest one in town with this Balloon Photo Backdrop. We used ours for New Years Eve but I also plan on using different color sequins for birthday parties, anniversaries and other holidays! I hope you enjoy.
