How could I have forgotten about this amazing recipe? I used to make a version of it years ago, but have not even thought about it since! However, I love your ingredient list better. Thank you for sharing!

I’ve been looking for some different slaw recipes and there this was at Nifty Thrifty Sunday Link Party. Thank you sharing. I’m excited to try the Ramen noodle version. I don’t eat many of those, but I do have some in my cupboard right now. Actually I have all of the ingredients right now and I am going to go make this as soon as I get through posting. Shared and pinned.

I have made a version of this salad for many, many years. I toast the noodles and 1/2 cup slivered almonds in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. I also use a bottled Asian dressing or make my own. in fact I made it just last week and decided it needs to be back in my recipe rotation!
