I'm back at it again with Halloween Craft Lightning. For this round I'll be showing you how to make easy pumpkin pillow boxes. These Halloween crafts will take you less than 15 minutes and that's what I love about them. A super easy Halloween craft! Read to the end to find out how you can win your very own new Cricut Maker. - Cricut Maker or Cricut Explore
- Pillow Box and Pumpkin Face cut file
- Scoring Tool
- Orange Cardstock
- Green Cardstock
- Black Cardstock or vinyl
- adhesive
I used a template for my Cricut Maker but you can use any Cricut for this with access to Design Space. The cut files may be included in Cricut Access but you must have a subscription for this. It's really easy and you get discounts on all Cricut material and images that aren't included in the membership.Cut your shapes using your Cricut and set aside. Begin with your pumpkin pillow boxes and crease them on the score lines of your box. Start with the outsides first and secure with adhesive.I used black cardstock and my Xyron Sticker Maker for the faces. Remove them from the sticker backing and apply it to the flat pumpkin pillow boxes. Use a rubber eraser to remove any of the excess adhesive. Now fold in the tops of the pumpkin pillow boxes and use your scraper to make the edges more defined. You want to place the piece that has the half circle cut out on the inside of your box so that you can grab the inside goodies easily.Take the green topper and fold it along the small score line. Place some adhesive on the folded portion and attach it to the top of your pumpkin pillow box. Voila! You've made the cutest pumpkin pillow box for Halloween!Check out the other Craft Lightning Halloween projects below and see what else you can make with your Cricut!
Now the good stuff, follow the instructions to win your very own Cricut Maker and follow some of the best bloggers around. XXa Rafflecopter giveaway
