This months theme for our Inspire My Creativity is Dollar Store Crafts. Show us what you've got at the bottom of this post. For me, I'm going to show you my easy St Patricks Day dollar store craft using just about everything from there.
Supplies
- Green Glasses
- Contact Paper
- Etching Cream
- Design Space shamrock stencil
- Electronic Cutter
- Foam Brush
Cut your stencils using your electronic cutter. I created a square and then sliced my shamrock image into the middle. If you have Cricut Design Space, the file is available above all sized for your.Clean your glasses with some rubbing alcohol to get it squeaky clean. Peel off your stencil and place it on your glass. Take your foam brush and dip it into your etching cream and paint it on. Don't be afraid to glop it on. Mine wasn't so I've got spots that aren't etched. Once you're done, just rinse it under warm water and peel off your stencil. These are now dishwasher safe so go for it! These are such fun to have at a St Patricks Day table setting and filled with green milk or even some lucky beer!

Great idea! I just had personalized birthday glasses given to me and it makes the occasion so much more special. Visiting from Inspire My Creativity party.

I’m in love with those green glasses! Colored glass is always so fun to me and those etched shamrocks are a great touch. As for the etching having spots, just claim it as a purposeful distressed look, lol.
