I had so much fun making these cookies. Super simple and such great tips from the fabulous Alison! All the instructions are in there to complete them step for step and even if you make mistakes. What more can you ask for?
The Alison Show is a crazy fun, creative blog and she put together a whole course about sugar cookies, this course cost $30 and it's really worth every penny. I realized every mistake I was doing before. She really gives a comprehensive recipe that makes a dang good cookie. In my cookies I added almond extract and lots of lemon juice in the royal icing. I usually buy the Wilton colors for the dye but I used the Americana and I really liked the outcome and I recommend those. The cookies are delicious and last forever and figuring out what theme I wanted was even more fun. I know I'll be making these in the future!
